Choosing one of our PRIORITY Support Packages enables you to have premium access to our tech team to help you with any questions regarding our software. From help with initial system setup to staff support when you are not there. We can connect to your computers for support and training in real time support through the internet via Teamviewer.  Please note: Ad-Hoc support will be charged at $55 per 20 minute increments, credit card details will be required at time of call. Our guarantee is that we only process the Ad-Hoc charge if we resolve your issue.
